ABOUT LBC ACADEMY
LBC ACADEMY is a recognized Florida Department of Education private school and non-profit 501c(3) organization serving students in grades 6-12. It was designed to equip students with 21st-century skills needed for success. We offer a blend of opportunities: including blended learning courses, hands on training and collaboration, specialized academies, and finesse development. These programs will ultimately provide a smooth transition into higher educational institutions. Our program blends the best of traditional, onsite learning with personalization of online instruction.
We achieve our goals through a challenging curriculum, certified instructors and an atmosphere which emphasizes communication and cooperation. Just some of our goals are to improve academic achievements of underprivileged students in middle and high school located in Urban Miami; increase family involvement in the caring of their children, involvement in our school and the community at large. We use accredited courses that are transferable according to state of Florida statue 6A-1.09941.
We plan to provide socialization opportunities, health and wellness information, and social service resources to families when needed.
Our History
Our school is a living, breathing entity because is it a community; its faculty, staff, students, parents and friends continually contribute to its culture and to its collective personality. Its goal is to provide our community with a sense of moral purpose and cohesiveness. The spiritual, ethical, professional, and academic unity it promotes will enhance your experience of LBC.

Our Philosophy
LBC exists to equip students for a life long journey as productive individuals in society, and provide students with an academically rigorous program as preparation for post-secondary education, with an emphasis on personalized education, fitness, community service, and extracurricular activities.
